With 100% pure and natural chemotyped essential-oils :
Wintergreen, Cornmint, Rosemary, Lemon eucalyptus, Lemon verbena, Lavandin, Scots pine, Chinese cinnamon, Katafray.

In case of muscle and / or joint discomfort, spray 2-3 times daily on the concerned body area.
To warm up before physical activity: spray locally.
