Without any doubt, the nard is one of the most ancient oriental perfumes which has been mentioned in the texts of the Gospels.
This plant, Nardostachys jatamansi, which grows in the mountains of the Himalaya (India, Nepal, Tibet) belongs to the family of the Valerians.
It's a component known by the traditional ayurvedic medicine, used among other things, to make hair grow again and to treat epilepsy or hysteria.
Its essential oil develops a woodlike, musky, spicy and humouslike smell.

EXTERNAL USE
Professional advice:
Internal : in case of olfactory troubles (anosmy), take 1 drop of CTEO of nard and 1 drop of CTEO of origan in some honey or on a lump of cane sugar twice a day.
External : for psoriais: make a mixture of 1 drop of CTEO of nard and 1 drop of CTEO of cedar of the Atlas, 1 drop of CTEO of camomile nobilis in 10 drops of rosehip oil.
