Shake the bottle before use ; every morning before breakfast : pour 25 ml (if necessary 50ml) of the product in the dosing beaker, drink immediately or dilute the dose in half a glass of water or in fruit juice. It is recommended to follow a cure of 20 days.
The use of natural fruit juices in the products composition can cause a deposit that does not affect its quality.
